Missions in Brief

The missions of information system security, under the responsibility of HFDS, are defined notably in the Defense Code, in the IGI1300 and in the digital security policy of the State. The action of the CSIRT mission officer is part of the ministry's cyber roadmap, validated annually in the strategic committee (COSTRAT). Within the HFDS department, in the digital security pilot office, the CSIRT mission officer is under the authority of the SCP chief, himself under the authority of the FSSI, head of the bureau. The latter also holds the role of CSIRT responsible. The CSIRT mission officer participates in the SCP activities in the coordination and prevention of cyber security incidents. The main missions that will be entrusted are the following:

Organize and pilot cyber-origin crisis exercises (tabletop and simulated)

Conduct phishing campaigns for agents and establish analysis reports

Pilot the treatment of cyber-origin incidents and crises

Animate the cyber pool of the ministry

Contribute to the upskilling of agents by proposing training

Participate in awareness actions

Pilot the Cybermoi/s

Produce cyber threat (CTI) monitoring and analysis reports

Participate in the implementation of the regulation (NIS 2, planning)

Participate in cross-departmental files common to other departments of the ministry

Strengthen the animation of the ministry's SSI network

Contributions of the mission and possible evolutions This position allows you to:

- Observe the state of the cyber threat closely;

- Participate in the ecosystem of French CSIRTs;

- Bring your contributions and ideas in a developing, organizing structure;

- Participate in crisis situations

- Implement or organize an SSI expertise covering the entire perimeter of public policies conducted by the Ministry of Justice or requiring its involvement, and support the SSI initiatives taken by the entities attached to the SAIV of judicial activities.
