Mental Health Kokua (MHK) is hiring a Residential Assistant in Kailua-Kona (Big Island) to support adults with mental health challenges in a brand-new community-based residential home. This full-time, on-site role provides hands-on support with daily living, routines, and safety in a shared housing environment designed to promote stability, recovery, and new beginnings. As a Residential Assistant, you'll help create a safe, welcoming home from the ground up — building supportive relationships, establishing daily routines, and fostering an environment where residents can grow their independence and confidence. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a newly opening Kona residential program and help shape a positive home culture from the very beginning. This role is well-suited for applicants living in Kailua-Kona or nearby West Hawaiʻi communities.
