Medical Assistant

Full Remote in EST time zone. Workers in other time zones permitted if they are willing to work EST hours (8-5 EST).

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in a medical setting. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to physicians and other healthcare professionals, as well as managing patient records and insurance billing.

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient records, including medical history, test results, and insurance information
• Provide administrative support to physicians, such as preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in a medical setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and medical software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
