About the company:
Provider Resources Inc. (PRI) is looking for a Communications Specialist to build and maintain PRI's voice - internally with our team and externally with the market. This is a role for a strong writer who can manage communications independently and understands how to build an employer brand.
What you will do:
• Write and edit internal communications for all levels of the organization
• Manage PRI's employer brand on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and relevant platforms
• Develop executive communications including presentations and talking points
• Maintain the communications calendar and style guide
• Measure and report on communications effectiveness
What we are looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or similar field
• 2-3 years of relevant experience; corporate, healthcare, or government experience strongly preferred
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of AP editorial style, and possess a clear writing style
• Adept at managing relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders, with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently
• Able to draft high-profile, company-wide communications, anticipating audience questions
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Highly organized with exacting attention to detail
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, and design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar applications
• Demonstrated discretion handling confidential and sensitive information, particularly in a regulated environment
