As a Project Manager, you are responsible for a portfolio of clients and the performance of the projects assigned to you.
You manage the client relationship, define action plans, coordinate their implementation, and analyze results to achieve the set objectives.
You act as a conductor between clients, internal teams, and various activation levers.
Manage a portfolio consisting of companies and local governments.
Develop a trusting relationship with your counterparts (HR, CSR, communication, mobility, elected officials, technicians, etc.).
Prepare and lead performance reviews/steering committees, formalize action plans, and follow their execution.
Identify opportunities for improvement and actively contribute to renewals by demonstrating impact, ensuring satisfaction, and anticipating churn risks.
Build action plans tailored to each client's challenges.
Coordinate communication campaigns and on-the-ground activation actions.
Work with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth execution.
Identify barriers to adoption and implement corrective actions.
Track key indicators of your projects: acquisition, activation, conversion, engagement, retention.
Analyze data to understand user behaviors.
Identify growth levers and provide concrete recommendations.
Measure the impact of actions taken and adjust strategies accordingly.
