The Distribution Sales Manager's primary role is to drive profitable growth and market share expansion through assigned distributor accounts.
The Distribution Sales Manager (DSM) owns distributor commercial performance, including revenue growth, market share expansion, product line diversification, demand generation effectiveness, and pricing performance. The DSM builds on existing relationships and cultivates new relationships within target distributor accounts, and utilizes business tools and analytics improve alignment, visibility, and velocity of business between ACIT and its distributor partners.
The DSM oversees distributor account strategy development, business planning, and execution across sales, marketing, pricing, and operations.
The DSM reports to the Director of Channel Management and is deeply involved in the end ‑ to ‑ end sales process for assigned distributor accounts. This is a customer ‑ facing role requiring regular in ‑ person participation in distributor business reviews, ride ‑ alongs, trade shows, and other commercial engagements.

Education and/or Experience:
Business, Logistics or Operations Management undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five years of relevant career experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Employee should have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Employee should have the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Employee should also have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Spanish language fluency is highly desirable but not required.
