You will manage the procurement, assignment, and protection of radio frequencies.

You will prepare the engineering data for frequency, telecommunication and other Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (CSISR) matters.

You will analyze technical data of communication systems based upon knowledge of radio equipment and radio propagation.

You will initiate direct actions at the National or International level to eliminate conflicts in frequency assignments which arise because of the heavily congested radio frequency spectrum.

You will perform supervisory functions for one GS-12 employee, and two military personnel.

You will serve as senior Telecommunications Specialist for analyzing technical data of communication systems based upon knowledge of radio equipment and radio propagation.

You will serve as the technical authority responsible for communicating the frequency assignment process to all levels of command, orally and in writing.

You will serve as a senior Telecommunications Project Manager, and exercise centralized accountability and oversight of all project resources.

You will participate in meetings and briefings to investigate problems, coordinate projects, and keep abreast of changes in operations, requirements, or technological advances.
