You will serve as the senior analyst of the Business Operations Division.
You will resolve complaints and team conflicts, train and assist personnel and provide knowledge/functional guidance relative to Funds Administration.
You will serve as senior program analyst responsible for aspects of financial operations within a working capital fund business model.
You will analyze overhead and direct funded programs including the objectives, policies, work operations, progress, resources estimates, intra and inter-program balances, and other related aspects.
You will evaluate alternative or corrective actions in terms of effect on the programs under consideration, on interrelated programs, and on overall utilization of resources.
You will develop and recommend program objectives, operations and resources utilization for new programs.
You will present recommendations and conclusions based on analysis and evaluations to sponsor/command management officials for their use in ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, economy, and balance in the development and execution of the programs.
You will troubleshoot, identify and examine errors/problems in a financial accounting system and interfacing systems.
You will utilize Microsoft Excel, Navy-Enterprise Resource Planning, Enterprise Data Warehouse, Computer Optimized Batch Reconciliation Application, Electronic Data Access, and other DoD/DON accounting systems.
