Quality Assurance & Compliance Specialist

The Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist reviews estimate quality, accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company standards before final approval.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review estimates for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Verify estimate and supplemental request turnaround times.
• Review estimate cover pages and required information.
• Validate Statements of Loss against estimate summaries.
• Ensure licensing and adjuster information is accurate.
• Approve and upload roof scope documentation.
• Coach estimators on quality improvements when needed.

Qualifications:

• Deep Xactimate knowledge required.
• Understanding of Florida regulatory requirements.
• Strong quality control experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to mentor and coach team members.

Compensation Pay: $600 per day Compensation is based upon the severity of the storm and is catastrophe specific. The amount reflected above represents the likely compensation for a typical catastrophe assignment. Actual compensation may vary based on catastrophe conditions, client requirements, and assignment scope.
