Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a hotel and resort setting; Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, hallways, amenities areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, as conditions vary by site; Monitor access points and public areas to help to deter unauthorized activity, assist with directing foot traffic, and report unusual conditions or maintenance-related concerns; Support hotel operations by assisting with security-related requests, observing for policy violations, and/or escalating issues to the appropriate site representatives when needed
