The Quality Control (QC) Data Analyst is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating audio and other data types to ensure compliance with established quality standards. This role involves inspecting data, identifying quality issues or irregularities, documenting findings, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives based on specialized training provided after hire.
This is a full-time remote position. Employees must perform all work from a single, approved work location and may not work from multiple locations, public spaces, or while traveling, unless approved. Candidates must be able to maintain a secure work environment that meets company and customer security requirements.
Employees may be required to work varying schedules, including weekends, holidays, and shifts at different times throughout the day, in accordance with business needs and applicable labor regulations. Occasional travel of up to 5% may be required.
The ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment where consistency, precision, and accountability are critical. They are highly organized, dependable, and capable of managing their workload independently while meeting productivity and quality expectations. Because the role is remote, the ideal candidate is mostly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to maintain focus with minimal supervision while adhering to security and confidentiality requirements.
Top performers in this role possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, enabling them to evaluate complex data, recognize trends, and escalate issues appropriately. They communicate effectively with team members and leadership, provide clear and concise documentation of findings, and contribute positively to team objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
