- Monday-Friday afternoons
- Approximately 1:30 PM-5:30 PM
- Wednesdays begin around 12:30 PM for early release
- No evenings

What You'll DoEvery afternoon is different, but you'll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly. You'll:
- Lead an after-school program serving elementary-age keiki
- Coach, mentor, and support Group Leaders and Aides
- Create a fun, welcoming environment where children feel safe and engaged
- Plan activities including games, enrichment, homework support, and outdoor play
- Build positive relationships with families, school staff, and your team
- Manage daily attendance, communication, and site operations
- Help develop future leaders while creating an amazing experience for every child
You're a Great Fit If You... You don't need to have been a classroom teacher to succeed here.
We're looking for people who have experience leading others and enjoy working with children, including:
- Coaches
- Camp counselors
- Youth ministry leaders
- Scout leaders
- Education assistants
- Recreation leaders
- Childcare professionals
- Anyone who's successfully led groups of children
What You'll Need - At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working with and leading groups of children
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Availability Monday-Friday afternoons
