You'll identify and develop high-value commercial supply opportunities, focusing on IVD markets and out-licensing business. In this role, you'll build and maintain strategic relationships across multiple functions and organizational levels with client companies, from scientists to senior executives. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams to execute complex, multi-year deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by enabling our customers to develop innovative solutions that make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in commercial experience in life sciences or diagnostics industry. Master's Degree preferred.
  • Preferred Fields of Study: life sciences, biochemistry, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of molecular biology, cell biology, and protein biology
  • Experience in negotiating complex supply agreements and managing sales funnels
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute territory plans and strategic account strategies
  • Success in building and maintaining relationships at multiple organizational levels
  • Project management and cross-functional team leadership capabilities
  • Understanding of intellectual property, patents, and contract law fundamentals
  • Experience in developing pricing proposals for customized, long-term commercial agreements
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Advanced problem-solving and technical support coordination skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English required
  • Proficiency in local language(s) as required for specific regions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed
  • Experience in IVD market and regulatory requirements preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team

Compensation:

The salary range estimated for this position based in Texas is $77,400.00–$120,000.00.
