NOTE: No Housing ProvidedJob SummaryThe Farm Maintenance role is to ensure the upkeep, daily maintenance and productivity of the farm.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance of farms to insure a clean and safe environmentMowing, weed eating, pruning, and landscape maintenance as neededGeneral equipment maintenance. Keep record of equipment inspection logsReport any damaged equipment, tool and/or suppliesReport near misses and potential dangersAssist with cherry pickup, loading and unloadingHelp with H2A as neededAssist with coffee processing as neededChemical and fertilizer applicationEnsure all personal protective equipment is worn during appropriate timesMaintain clean workstations including Ag.
