Job Description

Your Tasks:

• As HR Manager / Management Assistant, you will report directly to our CEO and support in all strategic and operational issues with a focus on the HR area
• You are responsible for the candidate management from the creation of job advertisements to the actual hiring
• You develop new, innovative recruiting/employer branding measures
• You optimize existing processes, structures, and instruments in the HR area
• You ensure smooth office management, make purchases, and coordinate appointments
• You manage external partners, including software and recruiting partners, health insurances, or our payroll office

Your Profile:

• You have a completed commercial vocational training or degree
• You have at least 1 year of professional experience as a Management Assistant / Office Manager and have already gained initial experience in the HR area
• You are technically savvy, skilled in using HR software and the common MS Office programs
• You are an organizational talent and impress with a professional and customer-oriented demeanor
