This is a hands-on sales leadership role reporting to the VP of Sales, owning a team of Mid-Market Account Executives and Customer Account Executives across new business, renewals, and expansion. You will carry the team quota, own forecasting and pipeline rigor, and be the person who turns individual reps into a consistent, accountable unit. This role exists because Track is scaling fast and needs someone who can build structure and coach a team through a lot of change.
Own the team's monthly, quarterly, and annual quota, and drive daily, weekly, and monthly pipeline execution through structured 1:1s and pipeline reviews.
Coach and develop AEs and CAEs, including performance reviews, development plans, and performance improvement plans when needed.
Build and maintain enablement materials, playbooks, and ramp plans so new hires ramp faster and existing reps close more consistently.
Deliver accurate bookings, renewal, and expansion forecasts to the VP of Sales on a regular cadence, and flag risk before it becomes a miss.
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to keep sales initiatives aligned and moving.
Hire, onboard, and ramp new team members as the team grows.
Represent Track at user conferences, trade shows, and customer or partner meetings when needed.
