Duties

You are responsible for all phases of process control and management associated with workload forecasting and performance measurement and control within Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.

You will assign and plan work for subordinates.

You will develop the annual budget for the total shipyard's planned direct customer work.

You will provide direct support to NAVSEA as an expert to assess other shipyards' compliance and overall management effectiveness in execution of the shipyard mission.
