QA Test Manager II

Duration: 12+ months with possible extension Location: Austin, TX (Remote) Mode of Interview: Virtual

Minimum Requirements

• 5 years of experience creating and executing system test plans.
• 5 years of Performance Testing experience.
• 5 years of experience using performance monitoring tools (e.g., JProfiler, JMeter).
• 5 years of experience using test tools such as JUnit, Selenium, Micro Focus UFT, etc.
• 5 years of experience with unit testing tools and frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Selenium).
• 5 years of experience and understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with a strong emphasis on the testing discipline.
• 5 years of excellent leadership, communication, organization, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• 5 years of experience managing, performing, monitoring, and reporting on test activities.
• 5 years of experience overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performance, accessibility, interface, and data conversion testing.
• 5 years of experience reviewing, updating, and creating test strategies, test suites, and test scripts.
• 5 years of experience documenting and reporting test results and Problem Incident Reports (PIRs)/defect status.
• 5 years of experience coordinating testing staff schedules, test activities, and meetings.
• 5 years of experience providing training and mentoring to testing team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of experience writing DB2 and MS SQL Server queries.
• 5 years of experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Octane.
• 5 years of experience using Jenkins, CVS, Maven, and Ant.
• 4 years of testing management experience for UI applications with commercial software, including Sagitec Neosurance.
• 1 year of State of Texas experience.
