Four Seasons - 72-100 Ka'upulehu Drive - Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver; load/unload dishware and store properly; Clean and sanitize ovens, kettles, mixers, drains, sinks, floors, and walls in kitchen areas; Clean and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils with correct cleaning/rinsing solutions; Set up, clean, and operate the silver burnishing machine to clean and polish silver; identify pieces for repair; Maintain neatness and order of all kitchens and stewarding areas through vigorous cleaning schedule
