Four Seasons - 72-100 Ka'upulehu Drive - Responsibilities: Prepare food items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, as well as production, portion, and presentation standards; complete mise en place and set-up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service.; Keep perishables properly rotated and stored; monitor stock levels and assist with ordering to control costs.; Lead by example and delegate tasks to junior cooks; maintain professional relationships with front-of-house staff.; Ensure safety and sanitation standards are followed; operate and clean kitchen equipment; adhere to time and temperature controls.; Create daily specials and communicate costs, taste, and presentation to front-of-house; assist with cross-training as needed.
