Four Seasons - 72-100 Ka'upulehu Drive - Responsibilities: Prepare food items according to guest orders following recipe cards, as well as production, portion, and presentation standards; Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment and ensure safe, sanitary work environment; Follow schedule and may work varying shifts including OT; Capable of working at a variety of stations and master at least one; Assist in controlling food cost and reducing waste
