Position Scope

• Sells and promotes PCC products to guests visiting the various retail sales locations while maintaining a clean attractive work area. Achieves sales goals on a consistent basis.
• Applies quality customer service concepts and practices when processing, exchanging or upgrading guests' purchases.
• Interacts with guests by answering questions and addressing concerns.

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of the various activities and services provided at the Polynesian Cultural Center and excellent customer service skills.
• Good health and be capable of a full range of body movement and lift 25-50lbs on a regular basis.
• Fluent in the English language in both written and oral communication.
• Know how to use a personal computer.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in a foreign language is highly desirable but not required.
• Previous sales experience highly desirable.
• Preference will be given to students who can work during academic breaks.

Base Rate per Hour
$16.00

Work Schedule

Approximate starting hourly rate:

$14.00 - $16.00
