Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a public transportation location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts and public agency personnel as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public access areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report concerns; Monitor entry points, restricted areas, and/or visitor activity in accordance with post orders and location protocols for a government-operated facility; Prepare clear, timely reports of patrol findings, incidents, and/or observed hazards, and assist with access control and directional support for travelers, visitors, and staff
