Four Seasons - 72-100 Ka'upulehu Drive - Responsibilities: Deliver food orders to guest in-room with special needs or requests; Greet guests and describe items with origin, taste, and preparation methods; Breakdown, clean and set-up of room service tables, condiment set-ups, flatware, dishware, and room service side stations; Delivery of Daily Amenities to guest rooms and ensuring Amenities are placed in the room prior to the arrival of guests; Close guest checks securing room number and signature; settle voided checks or complimentary meals
