Hilton Hotels - - Responsibilities: Perform maintenance and repair work in multiple trades including carpentry, masonry, air conditioning and refrigeration, painting and wall covering, plumbing, electronics and electrical and mechanical work; Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the hotel's power plant including boilers, chillers, air compressors and related equipment; Visually inspect, operate, maintain and repair air conditioning equipment and mechanical rooms; operate temperature controls; Read blueprints and technical manuals; disassemble and reassemble equipment related to HVAC and refrigeration trade; Respond to requests and log work orders; forecast manpower and supplies; communicate with supervisor; complete shift logs
