This position operates as a core member of the facilities team to monitor,control, test, repair and construct a variety of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.***Key Responsibilities:**Technical Systems Troubleshooting & Repair HVAC & Refrigeration (HVAC/R)Commercial Kitchen EquipmentElectrical & Mechanical SystemsAquatic & Pool Systems Management Water Chemistry & QualityMechanical & Filtration SystemsConstruction & Built Environment Oversight Asset PreservationProject SupportPreventative Maintenance & Safety PM ExecutionEmergency & Support Response**Qualifications:**Minimum of 5+ years of experienceRequired CertificationPreferred Licenses: Valid journey-man level electrical or plumbing license, or formal trade school certification in HVAC/R technologyBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.-trong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
