Four Seasons - 72-100 Ka'upulehu Drive - Responsibilities: Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors; Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment; Date all food containers and rotate as per policies, making sure that all perishables are kept at proper temperatures; check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull and line set up; Lead by example, ability to delegate to the cook 3s and 4s; Must be available to work any and all shifts
