The Cargo Agent is responsible for the safe and efficient handling of import and export cargo, including acceptance, documentation, storage, and aircraft servicing at Hawaiian Airlines and Alaska Airlines. Requires attention to detail, physical capability, and strong customer service to support cargo operations in compliance with airline, customs, and hazmat regulations. Must be flexible, safety-minded, and able to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism and clear communication. This is a union represented position. Key Duties Cargo Acceptance & Documentation: Accepts inbound and outbound cargo shipments, ensuring compliance with airline and regulatory requirements. Prepares and processes airway bills, cargo manifests, and other required documentation for domestic and international shipments. Safely sets up, sorts, stores, and moves cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment.
