Four Seasons - 72-100 Ka'upulehu Drive - Responsibilities: Greet guests and escort them to their rooms.; Deliver luggage to room upon check-in and pick up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive.; Maintain proper records of deliveries and pick-ups.; Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.; Greet all guests passing through lobby and offer them assistance when needed.
