Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations through proper channels.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, restricted access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations as assigned.; Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, observing activity, and following post instructions for government-related facilities.; Support daily operations by documenting incidents, communicating with site contacts and/or first responders, and assisting with traffic or pedestrian direction when needed.
