Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a government transportation setting.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, public agencies, and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, exterior grounds, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points, observe pedestrian and vehicle activity, and document security-related incidents, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.; Assist with maintaining a secure airport environment and ensure adherence to regulations and company policies.
