Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities in public-facing transportation areas.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or public sector personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and observe pedestrian and vehicle activity to help to deter disruptions, support orderly operations, and document security-related concerns.; Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents, observations, and/or policy violations, and relay relevant information to supervisors and appropriate personnel.
