Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a public transportation location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and/or public agency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and observe public areas and restricted locations for security-related concerns, documenting incidents and/or policy violations according to site protocols.; Assist with directing foot and vehicle traffic during busy periods, special events, and/or operational disruptions while maintaining a professional presence.
