Experience:

• 60 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• No current placement allowed at Program: Medefis Program - Hawaii Health Systems Corp - Kona.

Additional Details:

Facility's schedule is listed as 3x12s, but clinicians should expect to work 2x12s one week and 4x12s the next week (and so on.)

Will need to arrive at the Facility the Friday prior to start date.

Required Credentials: Must have General ABD/ Vascular/ OB/GYN ARDMS registries.

Unit/Facility Details: Double registered Ultrasound Technologist

Shift & Scheduling: Schedule is variable.

Holiday coverage required.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
