A company is looking for an Associate Director, SkinPen Marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the execution and optimization of integrated SkinPen marketing programs across various channelsProvide leadership and direction to ensure program execution aligns with brand strategy and commercialobjectivesManage agency partners and external vendors to ensure high-quality delivery of marketing initiativesRequired QualificationsMaster's degree & 5+ years' directly related experience; OR Bachelor's degree & 7+ years' directly related experiencePreferred degree in marketing or advertising7+ years' experience in professional, agency, and/or consumer marketing, and/or salesExperience in pharmaceutical, device, biotech, or aesthetics sectorsStrong project management skills and ability to work independently
