A company is looking for a Benefits Administration Specialist - Leave of Absence.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support employee leave of absence programs, including FMLA, ADA, PTO, and workers' compensationReview, process, and track leave of absence requests using the leave administration and timekeeping systemsMaintain accurate leave records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum 3 years of professional HR experience, preferably in leave management or benefits administrationWorking knowledge of federal, state, and local leave laws, including FMLA and ADAExperience using HRIS and absence management systems, with a preference for WorkdayStrong analytical skills for audits, reporting, and data reconciliation
