We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations at our resort and ensure exceptional experiences for owners and guests. This role oversees all onsite departments-including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering/Maintenance, Security, Food & Beverage, and Recreation-while driving service excellence, financial performance, and team engagement.

Additional Responsibilities Include:
* Lead overall resort operations across all departments.
* Oversee HOA management including budgeting, reserve/capex planning, board communications, and annual meetings.
* Drive financial performance; implement cost and labor control strategies to meet EBITDA expectations.
* Conduct regular property inspections; ensure proactive maintenance and adherence to brand standards.
* Ensure compliance with all local regulations, permits, licensing, and labor requirements.
* Maintain effective communication with owners, board members, corporate leadership, and community stakeholders.
* Respond to owner and guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
* Partner with Sales & Marketing teams to support product positioning and operational alignment.
* Recruit, develop, and lead team members to achieve operational excellence.
* Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
* Embody the company's core values and complete all required training.
* Perform additional related duties as assigned.

* Bachelor's degree
* Minimum 2 years as a General Manager in a 300+ room hotel or resort
* Experience working in Hawaii in a similar leadership role
* Strong skills in financial management, guest service, team leadership, and cross?functional collaboration
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
* Vacation ownership experience
* F&B leadership background
* CHA, CHHE, CHM, CRDE certification
* Master's Degree or higher
