About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic HR Coordinator to support our Benefits and Leave programs. In this hybrid role, you'll be a key resource for employees navigating benefits enrollment and leave of absence processes, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and positive experience.

What You'll Do

  • Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans
  • Support open enrollment, benefits education, and employee communications
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related questions and issue resolution
  • Coordinate and track employee leaves of absence (FMLA, medical, parental, personal)
  • Partner with managers and employees to ensure smooth leave transitions and returns to work
  • Maintain accurate records in HRIS and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors, brokers, and payroll to ensure accurate benefits processing
  • Assist with reporting, audits, and continuous improvement of benefits and leave processes
Job Requirements

What We're Looking For
  • 1-3 years of HR experience, with exposure to benefits and/or leave administration preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive, confidential information
  • Knowledge of FMLA and general benefits practices (or strong willingness to learn)
  • Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, employee-first approach
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
