Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or public agency personnel as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unusual activity and/or policy violations; Monitor entry and exit activity, observe for unauthorized access, and report suspicious behavior, unattended items, and/or security-related concerns according to site protocols; Support traffic and pedestrian flow at designated posts, provide directions and general assistance, and document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in required reports
