A company is looking for a Director, Compliance & Risk Processes & Initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement compliance and risk management strategies in collaboration with various teamsDocument and standardize compliance processes and controls, ensuring they meet regulatory requirementsCoordinate with technology teams to translate business needs into actionable compliance and risk management solutionsRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience7+ years of experience in compliance program management and contract experience with state Medicaid, Medicare, or commercial programsExperience working with healthcare regulatory agencies to develop compliance and fraud prevention programs is preferredExperience overseeing the implementation of federal and state insurance or program requirements is preferredFamiliarity with various Governance, Risk, and Compliance applications is preferred
