A company is looking for an AVP, Bank & Broker Dealer Channel - Product Development.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the full product lifecycle for Bank/BD annuity and life solutions, from concept to post-launch managementDevelop product concepts and business cases aligned with market needs andprofitability targetsEnsure cross-channel alignment and governance of marketing and sales collateralRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in annuity and/or life product developmentStrong knowledge of annuity and life products, including design and regulatory requirementsExperience as a product owner in structured development environmentsBachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferredDirect experience or significant exposure to the Bank/BD distribution channel
