A company is looking for a Title Examiner with Texas experience.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough searches of public records and examine property titles in accordance with regulatory standardsReview documents affecting property titles and prepare Title Commitments for final policiesMentor junior examiners on title issues and communicate with various stakeholders in the title processRequired Qualifications:Minimum of 5+ years of Texas title examination experienceStrong understanding of title examination processes and relevant documentationExperience with Residential Lot/Block examination; Acreage experience preferredProficient in Title Data (TIMS) software and related toolsGood research skills and familiarity with legal terms and developments affecting real property
