Four Seasons - 72-100 Ka'upulehu Drive - Responsibilities: Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment, including deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat top grill; Date all food containers and rotate as per policies; check pars for shift use and preparation; return unused items to storage with proper dating; Lead by example and delegate to cook 3s and 4s; Be available to work any and all shifts; Maintain a professional and productive relationship with front of house
