Project Manager (Global Research) Location: Fully remote (US) Pay: $50-63/hr/hr (W2) Duration: Initial 6-month contract (expected extensions/conversion) Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week (Mon-Fri) Target Start: ASAP / May 2026 Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid vacation & sick leave Job Overview: The Participant Engagement team within Global Research Operations is looking for a Project Manager to implement global operational systems, connect teams and knowledge and problem solve operational hurdles to enable Researchers to do their most impactful work. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, tech savvy, highly organized, detail-oriented and resourceful. This role acts as the team's operational and change-management backbone-driving coordination, keeping training/resources up to date, and ensuring program execution stays on track across multiple workstreams. You need to be comfortable operating with autonomy and confidently forming and sharing recommendations. You must be comfortable in an extremely fast-paced environment where you'll adjust to shifting priorities, find solutions on the fly across multiple stakeholders, and coordinate activities across teams and time zones. We're looking for an individual that is highly organized and able to proactively manage requests and timelines while anticipating project issues and resolving them. Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will be partnering with a team of program managers in executing core operational processes for the team including, but not limited to: Supporting multiple programs with operational, administrative and reporting activities Managing change management processes including scheduling trainings, updating tooling and documentation to keep training and team resources current Maintaining sandbox environments for testing and training Supporting participant recruitment operations across various workflows Providing consistent progress updates to the team, including triaging and managing tooling bug reports Participating in project meetings as necessary Team-wide metrics data collection and validation Managing purchase orders and supporting budget logistics Additional ad hoc project support as needed Qualifications: 3 years of experience working in a similar capacity Prior experience working with User Experience Research or Design Operations Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace tools (spreadsheets, calendaring, presentation, word processing) Must-Have Skills: 1. Change Management & Communication Experience supporting or leading change management initiatives. Strong written and verbal communication skills to drive alignment and adoption. 2. Organization & Prioritization Highly organized; able to manage details across multiple workstreams. Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-moving environment. 3. Tool Launch / Go-to-Market Experience Organization-wide experience launching or relaunching a tool, including partnering on the end-to-end rollout/launch experience and go-to-market strategy. Worked closely with change management and cross-functional partners to enable adoption and a smooth rollout. Nice-to-have Skills: 1. UX Research / Design Operations Background in UX research and/or design operations. Experience recruiting and coordinating participants for user studies (e.g., screening, scheduling, consent, incentives). 2. Problem-Solving & Resourcefulness Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-oriented approach Resourceful and proactive in navigating ambiguity, unblocking work, and finding the right partners/tools to get things done. 3.
