Position Summary

The Recruiting Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the recruiting and hiring process for ProEd Consulting and Staffing Inc. This individual will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist with posting job openings on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide updates, confirm interviews, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate records of candidate information.
  • Support recruiters with sourcing efforts and initial candidate screening.
  • Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold professional communication standards.
  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks related to HR and recruitment operations.
Qualifications
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, or administrative support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • A professional, customer-service-oriented attitude.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in staffing agency or consulting environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or recruitment software.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
