Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
- Float between two MS/Tele units and deliver overflow coverage in ICU and ED as needed
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, perform treatments, and document per physician orders
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for care planning, charting, and discharge planning
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and patient advocacy during night shifts
- Maintain accurate records in EPIC and communicate patient status to the care team
Requirements
- EPIC electronic medical record experience required
- Ability to float between MS/Tele units and support ICU/ED overflow
- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment starting 04/19/2026
- Prior acute care experience in medical-surgical/tele settings preferred
- Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts and complete pre-employment checks
