Accountabilities

Lead the development and operational performance of the Global Center of Excellence.

Collaborate with Regional Professional Services Directors and Global Engineering teams.

Define and enhance global best practice standards for technical solutions.

Oversee the implementation of standard design patterns in client solutions.

Act as an intellectual peer to engineering and information security leaders.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in managing complex technical service delivery teams.

Deep expertise in Content and Information Management technologies.

Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
