Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts and/or public agency personnel as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify suspicious behavior or unusual conditions; Monitor access points, observe pedestrian and vehicle traffic, and report security-related concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations according to site procedures; Document daily activities, incidents, and observations in written reports and relay important information during shift changes and/or when requested by supervisors or site representatives
