[AR Specialist / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / $45-$70 DOE / Flexible schedule / Dental-Vision / 401(k) / PTO - As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will: Manage and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate and timely payments; Communicate with customers to resolve billing issues and discrepancies; Process and post payments to customer accounts; Generate and distribute customer invoices and statements; Conduct credit checks on new customers and monitor credit limits for existing customers; Maintain accurate and organized records of customer transactions and interactions; Utilize accounting software and tools to track and analyze accounts receivable data; Provide reports and updates on accounts receivable activity to management and other departments as needed; Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline accounts receivable processes; Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and relevant regulations; Hiring Immediately >>
