Human Resources Coordinator

The team is looking for their next Human Resources Coordinator (Temporary) to join their amazing Human Resources team!

The hourly pay rate for this role is: $24.00 - 25.00 per hour

Schedule Pattern: Monday through Friday

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• At least one year of clerical/administrative experience required.
• One-year previous experience in a customer service role is a plus!

What will I be doing?

The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support for the Human Resources department in a positive and friendly manner. Duties include, but not limited to:

• Answering phones & employee inquiries.
• Accurate data entry of information into HR Systems.
• Assist in the administration of the recruitment process for all new hire and termination paperwork for team members.
• Operates office machines including but not limited to copier, fax machine, label maker and nametag machine.
• Prepare all necessary documents to ensure new hire folders are complete and accurate.
• Schedule and prepare new team members for New Hire Orientation.
• Other duties assigned by HR Director.
